Nacho Repair Group

The goal of Nacho security group is to go global with the original idea PC Dokter Hasselt had but globally. The start of the Nacho security group will start with selling licensing to software we think is crucial to have on a computer. We will then assist people installing said software against an extra fee if needed.

The goal is to get people to buy licensing through us as this is one of the easiest forms of getting a stable revenue that can also be forecasted. As I understand the Microsoft industry (being an Azure IaaS engineer, repair of Microsoft issues on desktops and laptops, knowing a lot of office 365 and being a Microsoft partner) I think this will be the right approach in the beginning to then expand services the more and more licensing grows.

PC Dokter Hasselt does not work locally, and not through licensing. However when a certain content creator would be able to advertise this and get people to support the content creator through purchasing a license and getting actual software for it in return that they need anyway this might be a blue ocean that is going to work out.

4. Give full service around software that needs to be installed
5. Give full service around automatic installation of newly installed operating systems
6. Give a way for content creators to earn funds through affiliate programming
7. Give the people that buy the service free service for questions if they are solved within 1 minute.

I think this will be the way forward of how the PC repair company is going to grow and how Nacho repair group is going to try and dominate Europe. If this would work out, it does not even matter how big JNacho will eventually get. JNacho will be ready to create content for ever as the business around that is running.
