What is GROW?

GROW, which is an acronym found by John Whitmore, stands for: “Goal”, “Reality”, “Options” and “Willingness” and was founded as a Limited liability management company to manage the other companies in an easier format. This is to make administration a lot easier and to give an easier way for me to create a company when I would have an idea. GROW will be used to keep track of all projects that I have ever done and will explain the outcome of the project so others can grow from this as well.

If you do any payments to any of the mentioned websites, it might be you will need to fill in information about GROW, this is because GROW will also handle the financial administration until the company you are in contact with is big enough to stand on its own.

GROW EXAMPLE

Goal

The main goal is to keep administration easy and to have a single entity available for any form of administration which its sole purpose is to manage the companies that are mentioned on the website of https://grow.eu.com

Reality

I had a lot of ideas I wanted to work out and do stuff with, but I always hit the legal issues and legal funds to start certain projects. I needed a company that was managing multiple companies to be able to do whatever I desired to be a good idea.

Options

  1. Just pay extra legal fees but then lose money in the process
  2. Not do the idea at all but then not be content with yourself because you can’t try the idea out.
  3. Create a limited liability company that is used as a management company to manage multiple companies and save money in the process.

Willingness

There was a lot of willingness for this, the biggest issue was finding out how we could get this to be legally possible and to have the funds to start all the projects.

Who Am I?

People shouldn’t be managed, listen to their desires and coach them for maximum potential
I’m Julio, a 26-year-old enthusiastic gamer, entrepreneur, and functional intake analyst / solution designer / scrum master / Project manager for Cyberark.
I currently am a freelancer that works under an agency called IS4U.

My main responsibility is to perform the analyses of applications, middleware, databases, Operating systems and infrastructure to see where a PAM solution like Cyberark can be implemented. The responsibility lies in making sure data gathered is trustworthy and the correct solution has been applied to the security standards of the company. In case something is noticed in the standard policies that can be improved, the data will be presented to the head of security to take into consideration of a policy change.

I like to see myself as the bridge between technical people and business so both parties are heard and progress can be made.
Currently I am also taking on the role as a scrum master to make sure the agile way of working is respected and planning is taken into account each quarter and tasks that have to be performed from teams we rely on are synced up front.

I have several years of experience in the financial sector and telecom sector of business in implementing Cyberark or cloud solutions.
My job history was mostly around:
– Giving support as a support engineer
– Giving support as a cloud service reliability engineer
– Use Devops skills to improve processes and make them more efficient
– startups to get my ideas out into the world
